Ok First post on my new blog and as the blog is about Law news information and advice then i thought i would start of with something that is pretty important and that is ‘What is Law’. At this point i want to make it clear and point out to you that i am not qualified to give out any information, any information that is given out with regards to law on this blog has either been given out in jest or has been read from another website and re reported here. Because of this i don’t want anybody to take the information on this blog as gospel or even law abiding. Anyway, What is law? Law is a collection of rules which are created and enforced through an institution such as governments and councils. Laws are put in place to mediate and control people and populations. There are many different types of Law and in every country the law is different, The only law that governs the world is Human Rights; however people who run different countries may have the same laws for example; i dont know of a country in which Murder is still legal (im sure there is one!!). Different types of Law include different areas such as contract laws, property law, trust law, criminal law, constitutional law ect As ive already said, the information on this blog is not coming from anyone with law qualifications but it can be seen as a place to read funny law stories and maybe some information from first or second hand experiances of law.
